We understand that when introducing new diets to your dog or cat it is important to do this gradually over 5-7 days. Therefore, even if you have opened your product and find that your pet does not like the new food please contact us to discuss a possible refund or replacement. Most of our suppliers offer a palatability 100% money back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return on pet accessories, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once the Shipping & Returns Form has been completed, one of our online support team will be in touch to organise the return of the product. Our team member will discuss options for return such as what local VetEnt clinic the goods can be returned in person or couriered to. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
