How does click and collect work?

Click and collect provides you with the ability to order your product online and pick up your purchase from your preferred VetEnt clinic. Select the products you would like to purchase and choose the ‘click and collect’ option. Add the products to your cart and select your preferred VetEnt clinic for collection as part of your checkout. 


We will send you an order confirmation email and one of our team will be in contact with 1 working day either by phone or email to confirm the collection details and when your product will be ready to pick up in store.

How does Zero Contact click and collect work?

During Covid-19 Alert levels 3 & 4 we will be providing a zero contact collection service via the following steps:


Complete our online click and collect ordering process

Retain your order confirmation email with order number and preferred clinic details

Once you arrive at our clinic for collection please remain in your car and call us with the following information:

Order number from order confirmation email

Full name of online purchaser

Once confirmed a member of our team will bring your order out to you in your car.
